How do I make an order?

Making an order is very easy, all you have to do is view the product you like and chose between chatting with the seller (excludes our responsibility) or use our Intermediary Service for a more secure transaction. More on this below.

How can I sell something I own?

All you have to do is sign in through the app and click the big “Sell” button on the bottom of the scree, then snap a couple pictures of the item you’d like to sell and tell us some things about the item. Then post, then wait for all the offers!

Which payment methods are accepted?

Storek offers you multiple ways to pay including: MADA, Apple Pay and more.

How long does an order take?

Making an order using the Intermediary Service will take up to 24 hours for the seller to approve the purchase. Then as soon as you pay, the item will be shipped out to you within 24 hours and will take not more than 3-5 days.

How can I track my order?

You can track your orders through the app by going to the My orders section and viewing the tracking number that directs you to the Parcel Tracking Service

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel and order you purchased within 3 days of receiving an item. Canceling an order must be accompanied by the original product in the same condition that it was sent in.

How does the Intermediary Service work?

If you chose to purchase an item using this service, your request would be sent to the seller and within 24 hours he/she can approve/decline the request if there is a reason. After an answer is given by the seller, payment is awaited from the buyer. Once payment has been complete, the seller has 24 hours to ship your item to you. This allows you to not worry about whether or not you will like what you pay for. This is a form of buyer protection to guarantee a successful purchase.

How long does it take to get approval from the seller?

After your request has been sent, the seller has 24 hours to approve or decline a request.

Can I return an item I don’t want?

You have 3 days after purchasing an item to return it to the original seller. This can all be done through the app ONLY BY USING OUR INTERMEDIARY SERVICE.

What is the process for selling an item?

If you’d like to sell an item, follow the instructions given after tapping the big “Sell” Button. After your item has been posted you can wait for offers and as soon as you get an offer through the Intermediary Service you will be notified so you can approve or decline the sale. Once you approved an item, you will have 24 hours to ship out the item. After you ship an item you will provide a tracking number in the app.

What is the process for returning an item?

To return an item within 3 days, you can go to the orders section in the app and chose the “Return” option. You must return the item(s) in the exact same condition it was sent to you. If you return an item that is not in the original condition your return will be declined.

How much does the Intermediary Service cost?

The intermediary Service charges a fee of 4% of the items value.

How can I promote an item?

You can promote an item you have for sale through the my listings section in the app.

Are you responsible for the chat between me and the seller?

No, any interaction between a seller and a customer through the chat functionality is completely between the two parties. Whatever occurs between the two we are not to be held accountable.
